Eye Witness Fitness Training & Wellness LLC is a training and wellness company owned and operated by Zach Costello. EWF was established in 2009 and has been changing lives ever since.

 

In 2009, Zach began training clients in their own homes, as well as at local gyms and parks. By January of 2011, Zach created a Group Personal Training Class. Monday through Friday, class was held at a school in St. Ann, Missouri. Many of the clients who have attended this class have seen great success. While some are simply toning, others have lost over 100lbs! In April of 2015, Zach began a new journey, operating Eye Witness Fitness out of St. Charles MMA. SCMMA has brought many new clients, friendships, and opportunities to Zach and his business. In September of 2018, EWF offered a 12 Week Challenge program in place of Group Personal Training classes.

 

In July of 2020 Zach made his dream come true and opened his own gym in his home town of St. Ann, MO!

In November of 2023, Zach launched an online Lifestyle Program through the TrainHeroic App. Now you can enjoy EWF's workouts from the comfort of your own home if you are unable to make it to the gym!
